WHAT DO MY HOA FEES COVER?
The HOA fees cover the cost of maintaining common areas, amenities, and services provided by the HOA. The fees are determined annually and are based on the needs.

WHY DO I NEED A KEY?
To access the community amenities, you will need to obtain an access card or key fob from the HOA office. Contact the HOA Office (385) 988-0182

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON PETS AND/OR ANIMALS IN THE COMMUNITY?
Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed in the community. Other animals will need approval through the HOA board.

ARE THERE PARKING RESTRICTIONS?
Yes, there are parking restrictions in the community. Residents may only park their motor vehicles within their garages and driveways. Recreational, Commercial and Oversized Vehicles must be parked to the rear of a plane parallel to the front of the Dwelling Unit and on a concrete pad behind a screen, fence or gate.
